|Recommended: YesA great deal for the price — Yes, you can get better apartments in Provo if you are looking to spend over 400, but if you are looking for a good apartment for a good price, this is a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesYou get what you pay for — This apartment is great for being cheap but that's exactly what you're getting a cheap apartment, no real bells and whistles which is great for anyone on a budget especially since as a college student all you really do is need a place to sleep because you're never at home anyway.
