|Recommended: YesIt’s great for the cost — It honestly was much better than I was expecting for the cost. It’s not the most comfortable and we had toilet and water heater issues pretty consistently, but they were nothing we couldn’t live in.
|Recommended: YesDecent place to stay needs some exterior improvements — Its a very chill place to live, its not the most glamorous but it gets the job done the only thing that i disliked when i moved in was i never got an email telling me where i get my key or any of the paper work i needed to fill out so I had no clue where to go because the leasing office isn't on site.

I'm happy that there are two bathrooms and two fridges, it never seems like we're stepping on toes around here. Great maintenance and great place to live

This is a great place to live. While it doesn't have all the amenities of other apartments, the price is very good and the quality is great with a wonderful landlord, great roommates, and a great ward.

|Recommended: YesGreat place, well worth the money — The lower price might make you think lower quality, but that's not the case. The apartments are nice and well maintained, the staff are responsive and helpful, and its in a nice neighborhood.

|Recommended: NoDecent but overpriced — Living here is nice. There's just enough space, but could be more. Each room has a counter along one wall that doesn't need to be there. It's just kind of in the way and can't be moved or used. It's a bit overpriced for the space that you get. There's very little parking unless you sign up early. Otherwise you have to park on the street and hope to get a spot. Otherwise the apartment is nicely furnished bring a matress pad though .
Hey Spencer, Thank you for your review. The counter along the wall is supposed to be a desk for each resident to use for school. We hoped that it would make it easier for you guys rather than having to deal with a bulky desk. :)
